Key Facts about Invisalign

What is Invisalign:
Invisalign is the invisible way to straighten teeth without braces.  You're new smile is created with the most innovative technology -  a series of clear removable Aligners that are custom fit to your teeth. The number of aligners changes for each person.

How Invisalign Works:
Patients wear each set of Aligners for about 2 weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. (About 22 hrs. a day)
As the patient replaces each Aligner with the next in the series, their teeth move little by little, week by week - until they have straightened to the final position the orthodontist has prescribed, all without the usual hassle of metal braces.
Patients visit their orthodontist once every 6 wks. or so to ensure that treatment is progressing as planned, as to receive their next few sets of Aligners.

Length of Time for Treatment:
Average treatment time is about a year.
